10 lbs of potatoes, peeled and chopped
16 oz Sour Cream
1 lb Bacon, cooked and crumbled
3 Cups Cheddar Cheese
2 Sticks of Butter
Optional: Diced Green Onion

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes until tender and drain. Use mixer to incorporate Sour Cream, Bacon crumbles, 1 Cup Cheese, Butter, and Onion. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 until golden and bubbly.
