8 oz. shredded swiss cheese 1 lb. pkg. Buddig corned beef 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese 14 oz. can sauerkraut, drained 3/4 c. mayonnaise 3/4 c. Thousand Island dressing
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Dice corned beef. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Put in a 13x9 baking dish. Bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake an additional 20 minutes. Serve with your favorite rye or whet crackers.
