1.5 lbs Baby Yellow Gold Potatoes (if larger than 1.5 inch in diameter, then cut in half)
8-10 Red Pearl Onions, peeled
2-3 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Minced Garlic
Salt
Pepper
Nature's Seasoning
Opt. French Onion Soup Mix (at least half of the packet)

Directions:
Scrub potatoes and fork generously. Place potatoes and remaining ingredients in non-stick pot with cover. Shake vigorously every 5-7 minutes. Cook for 25-35 minutes until tender.
