3-4 lb Whole Chicken
1 Can Beer
Minced Garlic
Olive Oil
Favorite Chicken Rub

Directions:
Directions:
Clean chicken and pat dry. Put a light layer of oil on chicken. Season liberally on all sides, inside, and under skin. Pour out half of the can of beer, poke holes in the top of the can, add seasoning and garlic to can. Place chicken on top of can. Make stand out of legs, or use purchased holder. Place stand in pan, filled with shallow water. Cook in oven or on grill 350 for 1.5 to 2 hours until juices run clear.
