3-4 lb Beef Roast
4 Sweet Onions
1 Pkg Onion Soup Mix
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Powder
Nature's Seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Slice Onions and put in bottom-center of crock pot (2 inches thick). Season Roast to taste. Put Roast on top of Onions. Top with Onion Soup Mix. Cook on low in crock pot for 8 hours.

Note: Do not use any liquid; I promise it is tender, moist, and awesome!
