2 Pounds round steak 2 Cans cream of mushroom soup Flour Salt Pepper
Beat a thin layer of flour, salt, and pepper into it into both sides of round steak. Brown round steak in frying pan with oil. Place steak in a casserole dish. Stir cream of mushroom soup in with grease from pan and pour liquid mixture over steak. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until tender.
