6 Large pork chops, diced small
2 Medium potatoes, diced
1/4 Cup green bell pepper, chopped
1/4 Cup onion, chopped
1 15-1/2 ounce can tomato sauce
1/2 Teaspoon garlic
1/2 Teaspoon cumin
1 Teaspoon flour
2 Cups water (more if needed)
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Put diced meat into pan; cover and simmer until brown from its own juices. Add onions and pepper to meat while browning. Simmer approximately 30 minutes. Add potatoes. When potatoes are almost done, add flour and stir. Add tomatoes sauce. Let cook 2 minutes. Add spices and water; simmer for 25 minutes.
