2 lb Hamburger
8 Flour tortilla shells (cut in half)
3 Cups Cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
2 cans Enchilada Sauce
2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Powder
Nature's Seasoning
Optional: Reduce Hamburger by 1/2 lb and add 1 Can of Refried Beans

Directions:
Directions:
Brown Hamburger and season to taste and drain fat. Mix beans with hamburger if desired. Add soup and sauce to meat mixture. Put a small amount of sauce in bottom of baking dish. Layer tortillas, 1/3-1/2 meat and sauce mixture, light sprinkle of cheese and repeat. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 until golden and bubbly.
