2 lbs Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast cut in pieces
1 Cup Minute Rice (white or brown)
1/2 Cup Chicken Broth
2 Cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
2 pkg Croutons
Swiss, Mozzarella, or Muenster Cheese (slices or shredded)
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Powder
Nature's Seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Broth, 1/2 Can of Soup, and Rice together and put in bottom of baking dish. Add chicken and season lightly. Cover with cheese. Add remaining soup. Top with Croutons. Cover with aluminum foil (uncover last 15 min). Bake at 400 for 65 minutes or until chicken runs clear.
