Ingredients:  
1 lb Pasta (Penne, Shells, Macaroni)
1/2 Block of Velveeta Cheese (cut into blocks)
2 Cups Shredded Cheddar or Colby Jack Cheese
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
4 Tbsp Butter
1/3 Cup Milk
5 Finely Chopped Pearl Red Onions
1 tsp Minced Garlic
French Fried Onions
1 Egg
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil Pasta in Salted Water. Melt Butter in Pan. Cook Onions in Butter until brown. Add Minced Garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Add Velveeta Cheese and 1.5 Cups Shredded Cheese. Melt together, stirring constantly. Add Soup, Milk, and Seasoning to taste. Remove from heat. Add 1 Egg and mix well. Add Drained Pasta. Pour into greased baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and French Fried Onions. Cover with aluminum foil (remove last 20 minutes of cooking). Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until bubbly and hot.
