2 lbs. ground chuck
1 lb. hot Neese’s sausage
Green Peppers
Garlic Salt
1 large bottle Ragu spaghetti sauce (traditional)

Ricotta Cheese - 16 oz. (large container)
2 eggs
Parmesan Cheese
Mozzarella Cheese – 16 oz.
Pepperoni – standard deli package
Lasagna noodles – 1 ½ boxes, or 1 large box

Brown & drain ground chuck & sausage with onions, green peppers, garlic, salt & pepper. Add spaghetti sauce.

Lightly beat 2 eggs and add to Ricotta cheese.

Layer sauce, Ricotta, Parmesan, Mozzarella cheeses, pepperoni and noodles in a greased casserole dish.

Bake at 375 for about 45-55 min. Let stand 10-15 min. before serving.
