1/2 cup jam or jelly (almost any tart flavor will do)
3 Tbsp quick-cooking tapioca
2 cups of water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Cook on medium heat (stirring to prevent sticking) until thick and tapioca is clear. Serve warm with cream topping or plain.
