1 small pkg instant pistachio pudding mix
1 beaten egg
1 cup cooking oil
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together with a spoon. Roll into balls and bake on a ungreased cookie sheet for 10 to 12 minutes at 350 degrees
