1 16 oz box Domino Lemon Flavored Confectioners Sugar

1/2 cup butter or margarine (1 stick) softened

1/4 cup milk

yellow food coloring, optional

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, with mixer at medium speed, beat Lemon Flavored Confectioners Sugar, butter, and milk for 1 to 2 minutes. If necessary, add more milk until frosting is spreading consistency. For deeper color, add yellow food coloring.

Makes enough to fill and frost 2-layer cakes, or frost 13x9 inch sheet cake, or 24 cupcakes.
