1 broiler/fryer chicken (3 to 4 pounds, cut up)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 cup butter, divided
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup sorghum or molasses
1/4 cup prepared mustard
1 tsp curry powder

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken in greased 13x9x2 in baking dish. Melt 1/4 cup butter; drizzle over chicken. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. In saucepan, combine the honey, sorghum, mustard, curry and remaining butter. Simmer uncovered for 5 minutes. Pour over chicken,

Bake 15 minutes longer or until chicken juices run clear.
