Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix cake mix, almond extract and water together for 3 minutes on medium speed. Add coconut. Drop by scant teaspoonfuls onto foil-lined cookie sheets which have been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.

Bake 7 to 9 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned. Cool thoroughly before removing from the foil
