1 20 oz. can drained, crushed pineapple
1 small jar drained, maraschino cherries (whole or halved - no stems)
2 16 oz. cans drained mandarin oranges
1 package (12 oz) shredded coconut
1 large package miniature marshmallows
1 16 oz tub sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Drain all fruit. Combine all ingredients in very large mixing bowl. Reserve 1/2 cup marshmallows and 1/4 cup coconut to top salad. Mix thoroughly and empty into nice serving bowl.Top with reserve marshmallows and coconut. Allow to sit in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

This makes a large amount of salad. It is a favorite for parties, showers, graduations, etc.
