2 lb ground beef
3 packs sour cream mix
3 cans beef consommé
1 tbsp caraway seed
1 lb mushrooms
2 cans water
1 pkg noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Roll ground beef into quarter size balls and brown. Add sour cream mix, consommé, mushrooms and caraway seed to pan (do not drain grease) Simmer on low heat for 1 and 1/2 hours. Cook noodles and drain. Put meatballs and sauce on top of noodle.
