1 1/2 cups sugar just under 1/2 cup orange juice 1 tbsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp nutmeg 3 cups pecans
Mix sugar and orange juice. Microwave 4 minutes on high, stir and repeat 2 more times for a total of 12 minutes. Add cinnamon and nutmeg; mix well. Add pecans. Mix well to coat all pecans. Pour on wax paper to cool.
