onion
salt and pepper
1/3 cup vinegar
bacon
flour
3/4 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up potatoes and boil 30 to 30 minutes or until tender. Drain and put to the side. In large skillet fry bacon until crisp. Remove bacon and put chopped up onion in bacon grease. Cook until brown. Blend in 2 tbsp flour, salt and pepper. Heat on low stirring often until bubbly. Remove from heat. Stir in water and vinegar. Heat to boil stirring constantly. Boil for 1 minute at rolling boil. Add potatoes and bacon. Heat well.
