1 lemon pepper rotisserie chicken (or other)
mayo, use as needed
salt and pepper, to taste
chopped walnuts, 1/2 cup or so as needed
red grapes, as much as you want

Directions:
Directions:
De-bone chicken, shred and place in mixing bowl. Add desired amount of mayo, salt and pepper; mix. Wash grapes and slice in half, combine with salad along with walnuts. Great served on wheat berry bread! Store in refrigerator.
