Apples: Splash of lemon juice 10 thinly sliced small baking apples 1/4 cup granulated sugar Crisp: 2/3 cup all purpose flour 3/4 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup granulated sugar 1/2 cup quick oats 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 cup softened (not melted!) butter
Toss top 3 ingredients together. Place in baking dish and set aside. Combine crisp ingredients with a fork until well mixed and crumbly. Sprinkle over apples. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes until brown and bubbly.
