1 lb Hamburger
1/2 cup Chopped Onions
1 regular sized can Tomato Soup
1/4 cup Ketchup
1/2 tsp Oregano
1 Tbsp Sugar
8 oz Cream Cheese
1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix hamburger, onions, soup, ketchup, oregano and sugar together in a large saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium high heat. Allow to simmer for 10 minutes. Add the cream cheese and parmesan cheese. Can be transferred to a slow cooker for serving, best served hot!
