2 Tbsp Butter, melted
tsp. dry mustard
Dash of pepper & paprika
1 tsp salt
4 slices bread, without crust, and cubed
4 eggs
1 cups milk
4 slices crisp bacon
lb. Swiss cheese, grated
lb. cheddar cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and pour into an 8x8 greased pan. Let stand overnight in refrigerator. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.

Note: Recipe can be doubled and put into a 9x13 pan but DO NOT double the salt.
