1 pk. (6) English Muffins (split and buttered)
1 lb. sausage, fried and crumbled
12 oz. package Cheddar Cheese, grated
4 oz. can green chiles, diced
12 oz. sour cream
10 large eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Put buttered muffins face down in baking dish (I cut them in quarters to make them fit all areas of dish). Sprinkle sausage, cheese and chiles. Mix together sour cream and eggs; pour over muffins. Top with last of sausage, cheese and chiles. Refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
