8 slices bread (buttered and cubed)
lb. Velveeta cheese cubed
4 oz. mozzarella cheese
2 cups diced ham
4 oz. mushrooms (optional)
2 cups milk
1 tsp. salt
tsp. dried mustard
8-10 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Layer Bread, Velveeta, Mozzarella, Ham and Mushrooms in exact order in a 9x13 pan. Mix Milk, Salt, Dried Mustard, and Eggs together. Pour mixture over top of layered ingredients. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes uncovered.
