1 cup sugar
2 Tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. Vanilla
cup margarine, melted
2 eggs
cup flour
tsp. baking powder
cup chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients. Spray or grease a 9x9 pan and pour batter into pan. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Recipe can be doubled and baked in a 9x13 pan.
