1 Premade Angel Food Cake
1 pkg. lemon pudding (cooked)
1 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 cups whipping cream
2 cups coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare pudding reducing the water to 2 cups. Remove & add lemon peel. Cool at least one hour.
Cut Angel Food cake in 5 layers. Whip 1 cup whipping cream. Put 1 cup coconut into whipped cream and filling. Fill layers. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Use the balance of the cream for outside and sprinkle with 1 cup coconut.
