6 c Potato - Cooked and sliced
1/4 c Butter
2 T Onions
1/4 c Flour
1 1/2 c Milk
2 c Cheddar Cheese - shredded
Dry Mustard
Salt & Pepper
Ham Slices

Directions:
Directions:
Melt Butter and saute Onions. Add 1/4 c Flour, Salt, Pepper and Mustard. Then Milk. Stir till thicken. Add 1 3/4 c Cheese. Stir in Potatoes. Put some in bottom of baking dish. Then Ham. More Potato mixture then Ham. Finish with Potatoes. Put 1/4 c Cheese on top. Bake at 350
for 30 minutes.
