2 lb lean ground beef (80/20 or 90/10)
1 box Stove Top stuffing (Savory Herb)
2 eggs
1 packet Onion Soup mix
1 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Spray Muffin Pan with non- stick spray (Pam). Mix ingredients thoroughly, separate into 12 equal portions. Place in Muffin Pan, brush tops with ketchup if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
