Ingredients:  
2 Tbsp butter
1 small sweet onion chopped
chopped fresh garlic (I use about 5 cloves)
2 large sweet potatoes
1 butternut squash peeled and seeded
1 32 oz of chicken stock (or can use vegetable stock)
salt, pepper, curry, nutmeg to taste
dollop of sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter & saute onions & garlic. Add chopped potatoes & cook til tender. Add squash & stock. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer covered for 40 minutes. Add salt, pepper, curry, & nutmeg to taste. Serve with a dollop of sour cream.

Note: For a creamier soup, put in food processor.
