4 Large Yellow Squash sliced or cubed
2 Large White Squash sliced or cubed
2 Zucchini Squash sliced or cubed
1/4 Cup Bacon drippings
1/2 Cup Butter
1/2 Cup Chicken Broth
2 Tbsp Minced Garlic
1 Large chopped sweet onion
2 tsp Kosher Salt
2 tsp Black Pepper
2 tsp Lime Pepper
1 Cup Italian Style Bread Crumbs
1 tsp Chopped Rosemary
1 tsp Chopped Mint
2 tsp Mrs. Dash (original)
1-11/2 Cup Sour Cream
3/4-1 Cup Parmesan Cheese
1/2 Cup Sharp Grated Cheese

Place butter and bacon dripping in southern seasoned iron skillet. Add Onions, cook for about 3-5 minutes. Add Chopped Squash and broth. Simmer for 10 minutes on medium-high heat covered with lid. Add salt, peppers, rosemary, mint, Mrs. Dash. Cover and simmer about 10 minutes until squash are tender. Drain off excess liquid and return to high heat. Simmer uncovered and stir until dry and browned. Remove from heat; add sour cream and bread crumbs. Stir well and place mixture in seasoned bowl. Spread grated cheese on top and place in oven for 10 minutes on 375. Remove and serve.

Note: A great way to use excess squash!
