4 c. Chicken, cooked
1 1/2 c. Celery, chopped
1 c. Onion, chopped
1/8 c. Rosemary, fresh chopped
1/8 c. Basil, fresh chopped
1 c. Walnuts, chopped
1/2 tsp. White Pepper
1 1/2 c. Mayonnaise
1 tbsp. fresh Garlic, minced
1 c. Cran-Raisins (Craisins)
Fresh Croissants

Directions:

Mix all ingredients and chill for 1 hour. Fill into fresh Croissants. Add lettuce for garnish if desired.
