1 Cup Grits (Regular or Quick Style) Cooked according to package
1/2 Cup Butter
3 Eggs Beaten
2/3 Cup Sweet Milk
1/2 lb Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 lb Fried Bacon Crumbled
2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place hot cooked grits in iron seasoned skillet. Add butter to grits and stir until melted. Add cheese and stir. Combine milk, eggs, salt, pepper. Add to grits and butter
Add crumbled bacon. Sprinkle extra shredded cheese on top if desired. Bake at 325 for 30-40 minutes until mixture is set and lightly browned.
