1 15 oz can Pumpkin
2 Eggs - slightly beaten
1 c White or Brown Sugar
1/2 t Salt
1/2 t Ginger
1/2 t Nutmeg
2 t Cinnamon
1 12 oz can Evaporated MIlk
1 9" Pie Shell

Directions:
Directions:
MIx ingredients in order given. pour into pie shell. Bake in hot oven at 425 for 15 minutes. Then reduce oven temp to 350 for 45 minutes.
