1 lb Sausage (Smokey links preferred)
6 Eggs
1 Cup Shredded Cheddar
5-6 slices of Bread
3/4 Cup Milk
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 Soup Can of Milk
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Warm Sausage. Cube slices of Bread. In a 9x13 baking dish, layer the pan, sausage, then cheese. Heat eggs and 3/4 Cup Milk together and pour it over the mixture. Refrigerate overnight for best blending of flavors. In the morning, mix the soup and 1/2 can of milk and pour it over the mixture. Bake at 350 for 40-50 minutes, until edges are brown and casserole is bubbly.
