2 Eggs 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon 1/4 Cup Applesauce 1 Cup Milk 2 Tbsp White Sugar 6 slices of Bread
In a large mixing bowl, whisk the eggs until blended well. Add the remaining ingredients (excluding bread) and mix well. Soak bread one slice at a time until both sides are covered. Grease a frying pan or griddle lightly with butter. Cook toast on both sides until lightly browned. Added options: Fresh fruit served on top.
