8 slices Bread, cubed
2 c. Cheese, shredded
1 1/2 lbs. Pork Sausage
4 Eggs
2 1/4 c. Milk
3/4 tsp. Dry Mustard
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 c. Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Spray bottom of 9x13 pan with non-stick cooking spray. Spread cubed Bread in bottom of pan evenly and top with Cheese. In a separate pan brown Sausage and drain off fat. Layer Sausage on top of Cheese. Beat Eggs with Milk and Mustard and pour over all. (at this point you can refrigerate overnight if desired) Dilute Soup with 1/2 c. Milk and pour over all. Bake at 300 for 1 1/2 hours or until set.
