1-2 lb. cooked flounder or any fish meat
4-5 lg. potatoes
1 onion, chopped
1 c. flour
5 tbsp. margarine
salt & pepper to taste
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Boil fish in water until tender. If flounder, be sure to take the black skin off. Cut up with collard cutter until fine. Boil potatoes in water until tender. Drain and add margarine while hot. Add fish meat, onions, flour, salt and pepper, and egg. Mix well. Pat out into small patties. Cook in hot oil until brown.
