1/2 c. butter or margarine 1 c. brown sugar 1/4 c. milk 3 1/4 c. sifted confectioners sugar 1 tsp. vanilla
Melt butter. Add brown sugar and milk. Stir one minute or until slightly thick. Cool slightly. Add vanilla. Beat in confectioner's sugar until of spreading consistency. Will frost tops and sides of two 9" round layers.
