2 c. Flour 1 1/4 c. Shortening 1 tsp. Salt 5 tbsp. Cold Water 1 Egg 1 tbsp. Vinegar
Mix Flour and Salt together, cut in Shortening. Mix Water, Egg and Vinegar together then add to Flour mixture. Blend together and turn out on floured surface to roll out. Makes 2 9-in. pie crusts. Bake according to fruit pie directions.
