1/4 cup Butter
2Tbsp Flour
Milk
salt & pepper to taste
3-4- hard boiled eggs peeled & diced

Directions:
Directions:
Make white sauce:
Melt butter in sauce pan, add flour, stirring to make a paste.
Add milk a little at a time stirring until thickened to desired consistency. Add salt & pepper to taste. When creamy and smooth stir in diced hard boiled eggs. Serve over buttered toast.
