3 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes(can use canned)
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 stick margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk

Topping
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 stick margarine
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sweet potatoes, one cup sugar, one egg, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla, 1/2 stick margarine,
1/2 teaspoon salt, and one cup milk and pour into casserole dish.
Mix the following for topping: one cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup flour, one cup chopped pecans, 1/2 stick
margarine, and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla.

Bake in 350 degrees oven for 20-25 minutes
