1- 6 oz. package of long grain and wild rice
2-2 1/2 lbs. of chicken boiled and boned
1 can cream of celery soup
1 medium onion minced
1 1/2 cup of sour cream
1- 8 oz. can of sliced water chestnuts, drained
2 cans French style green beans, drained
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 cup grated cheddar, more if you like

Directions:

3 qt. baking dish 350 for 30 to 40 minutes
Cook rice as directed on box add all of the ingredients except cheese and paprika. Pour into greased shallow 3 qt. baking dish (13 x 9) Sprinkle cheese then paprika. Bake till bubbling 30 to 40 minutes.
