1-1/2 tsp olive oil
1-1/2 lbs. sea scallops, patted dry
1/3 c. prepared pesto
2T. heavy whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet over med.-high heat. Add scallops and cook 4 minutes, turning once, until golden. Remove to plate. turn off heat; add pesto and cream to skillet; stir to blend. Spoon pesto cream onto serving plates and top with scallops. serve with salad and garlic cheese biscuits.
