1 whole hen
6 sticks of celery (chopped)
6 potatoes (diced)
2 onions (chopped)
5 carrots (chopped)
1 tsp. Greek seasoning
2 tsp. Lemon Pepper
1 tsp. Season All
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. minced garlic
3 tbsp. corn starch
2 cups water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Place whole hen in deep pan that's sprayed with Pam, cover with foil and cook for approximately one hour or until done. Allow chicken to cool long enough for you to be able to pull the meat from the bone. Pour leftover broth into large pot (also sprayed with Pam) and add the meat as you pull it. Add all the other ingredients and cook on low-medium heat for 3-4 hours stirring often.

You may need to add more seasoning if you want a little more "kick". This recipe (as listed) is a little mild for my taste. Also, this soup freezes well so if you don't eat it all, save some for another day!
