2 teaspoons cooking oil
12 ounces skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into think strips
1 medium red sweet pepper, cut into think strips
1/2 of a medium red onion
non stick cooking spray
1 13.8 oz package refrigerated pizza Dough
1/2 cup bottled mild picante sauce
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese ( 2 oz)

Directions:
Directions:
preheat oven to 400 in a large nonstick skillet heat oil over medium- high heat. Add chicken cook about 5 minutes or until no longer pink. Remove from skillet . Add red onion, and sweet pepper to skillet , cook about 5 minutes. remove from skillet set aside. coat a 15x10 x1 inch baking pan with non stick cooking spray. Unroll the pizza dough into the pan. Press with fingers to form a 12X8 inch rectangle. Pinch edges of dough to form crust. Spread crust with picante sauce. Top with chicken and vegetable, and cheddar cheese. Bake for 13-18 minutes or until crust is brown and cheese is melted.
