2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
1/2 c butter
1/2 t Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Combine cracker crumbs with butter -- melted -- and Worcestershire sauce/

Layer oysters and crumbs in a well greased baking dish

Bake at 350 for 40 minutes uncovered.
