4 eggs
1 2/3 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 c. pumpkin (16 oz)
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
dash of ginger and clove.
3 oz cream cheese
1/2 c. soft butter or margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. powered sugar
dash salt.

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin until light and fluffy, add all other ingredients mixing thoroughly. Spread on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 25-30 min. cool, frost and serve. Frosting: Cream cheese and butter, add salt and vanilla, gradually add powered sugar until creamy smooth.
