1 pound Hamburger
1/4 -1/2 cup flour
milk and potato water
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger in a large skillet. Hamburger need to be in small pieces. When hamburger is brown, stir flour in with a whisk. Stir and add flour until a paste is formed, then with heat on medium high, whisk in milk and potato water. Stirring constantly. Continued cooking until boiling and the right consistency. Salt and Pepper, serve immediately.
